Edit and export

Edit inside an agentic conversation

Use the inline Edit workspace for direct scene changes while keeping the work connected to the original conversation.

Read before this

Read these direct prerequisites in order. Each guide lists any earlier context it assumes.

Timeline basics

The inline timeline shows scene/page items, playback position, media or audio tracks, and zoom controls. Select a scene from the timeline to edit it and play across scene boundaries before saving.

When to use chat instead

Use chat when the change is about meaning, story, narration, or a new creative direction. Use the inline editor when you know the direct visual or timing adjustment you want. Combining both is usually faster than forcing either surface to do every job.

If the result is not available

If an edit control is missing or disabled, confirm project ownership, completion state, selected scene or layer, account plan, and desktop context. Reopen the exact project before retrying, and preserve a good version before changing a larger scope.

Before you finish

Before export, save the current project, replay the affected range and final CTA, and verify whether a public link needs to be updated. Keep independently created editor copies clearly named because they do not synchronize with the conversation.
