Create and review a video

Decide whether a review step is needed

A policy lesson requires sign-off on its language before the visuals are generated. Use the available review path to inspect the script and order of scenes, then continue only after the required corrections are in place.

If a cut is already complete and one detail needs changing, revise the saved project. Starting again to choose a creation mode discards the useful work already done. Revise an approved cut.

Start from Home with a brief and the source material your video should use. Your selected model determines whether ngram asks you to review a plan before production.

Before you start

Sign in and prepare the facts, links or files the video needs. Decide who it is for, what viewers should understand, and the next step you want them to take. Choose a model available to your account and review the estimate shown for your settings.

Create your video

1. Open Home and select Prompt to video.
2. Write your audience, message and intended result in Video brief. Add your source files or links, and choose a style when useful.
3. Review Model, Length, Voice, Format and Brand, then choose Create video.
4. If a plan appears, read the script and scene outline. Choose Request changes for corrections, or Approve plan when it is ready. ngram-flash starts production directly.
5. Wait for the completed preview. Watch the whole video, including its wording, visuals, narration and closing message.
6. Send a specific revision in the same conversation if needed, or turn on Edit for supported manual scene and timeline adjustments.

A brief to start from

For example: “Create a 30-second onboarding video for new team members. Use the attached setup guide to explain the three required steps in order. Keep the product names and facts exactly as written, and end by asking viewers to complete their profile.” Replace the audience, source and next step with your own.

If work pauses

Read the latest conversation message before retrying. A plan waiting for approval needs your response; an active render needs time to finish. Request changes in the plan when a fact or scene is wrong. If an error persists, keep the same conversation and send Support its URL and the visible error instead of repeatedly starting new videos.

Review and share

Replay each changed section and its neighboring scenes. Use Download and export for the saved result and follow the available sharing choices. For a different creative direction, keep the original conversation and use a fork so both versions remain easy to find.
