Keep a launch video and its revisions together

A product manager has an approved release brief. Start a conversation with that brief, review the proposed story, then ask for a correction in the same conversation. That keeps the new instruction attached to the video it changes.

If you already have a finished recording and only need a transcript or a gaze adjustment, a focused tool is a shorter path. Choose a tool for one change.

Review the plan (illustrated guide)

The ngram workspace keeps your brief, plan, revisions, and video preview in one conversation. Use it to review the direction before production and refine the result afterward.

Before you start

Sign in and use the account or team that owns the project. Have the approved source material ready. To resume work, open the saved conversation from Projects instead of starting another video.

Create and review a video

1. Open Home and choose Prompt to video, or reopen the conversation you want to continue from Projects.
2. For a new video, enter the Video brief, attach your sources, and review the Model, Voice, Presenter, Length, and Format choices before choosing Create video.
3. Read the conversation to see whether ngram needs more information. When the plan is ready, review its Script and Production details.
4. Choose Request changes if the plan needs work. Review the revised plan, then choose Approve plan to start production.
5. Play the result. Use Make changes to identify a moment, or send a specific revision in chat.
6. When more than one output is available, use Versions to select the result you want before downloading or sharing.

Change the direction or edit the result

Use Video settings in an active conversation to review the settings for future changes. Describe the change you want in chat and say what should stay. For direct editing, use Edit on an editable video and follow the controls in the editor.

Understand feedback and download

Give feedback sends product feedback. Use Make changes or a message in the conversation when you want the video revised. A playable preview may be available before its final MP4; Download prepares that file when necessary. MP4 downloads require a paid plan.

Resume without duplicating work

If you leave the page, return to the same conversation and read its current state. Check for a question, an approval request, or a failed step before sending another request. Wait for active work to finish before requesting another revision.

If a control or result is unavailable

Confirm the active account or team and reopen the current conversation from Projects. Read any visible access or processing message. If the missing control blocks the task, contact Support with the project URL and the visible state, keeping the project available for review.
