A Product spotlight video created through Claude from a campaign brief and genuine ngram product imagery. Its closing action invites readers to prepare their first video brief.

Prompt

Use the connected ngram tools to create an email-campaign video for ngram. The audience is marketing teams preparing their first source-backed product video. The campaign invites readers to choose one approved brief and review the resulting video plan. Approved campaign copy: Turn one approved product brief into a clear video. Supply the source material, review the plan, and refine the result in ngram. The next step is to prepare one brief for a first video. Destination: https://www.ngram.com/docs/creating-your-first-video. Include no discount, deadline, customer result or unsupported product promise. Use this genuine ngram product frame as the supplied image and the email thumbnail source: https://www.ngram.com/media/workflows/claude-role-specific-saas-demo-video/poster.jpg. Keep the product frame unchanged inside a separate panel and place added labels outside it. Use this narration: “Have one product story ready to explain? Start with an approved brief and the source material behind it. In ngram, review the video plan, then create and refine the result. Choose one focused message for your first video. Open the getting-started guide and prepare the brief your team wants to tell.” Create a 30-second, 16:9 Product spotlight video with clear English narration, a warm tone and quiet background music. Introduce “One approved brief”, show the supplied product frame, then close with “Prepare your first video brief” and “ngram.com/docs/creating-your-first-video”. Hold the complete closing action for at least five seconds after narration. Show selected settings and the total estimate before creation. After I confirm, create the plan and return the narration and complete scene sequence for review. Wait for approval before production. Continue the same video when I ask for progress. Leave scheduled tasks off. Return the preview, ngram project and available MP4 export when ready. After the video is reviewed, prepare an Unlisted viewing link using the option available to this account. Wait until the link is ready. Then provide a small copyable email HTML snippet that wraps the supplied public thumbnail image in a link to that ready viewing destination, with alt text “Watch the product-brief video” and a plain text “Watch the video” link beneath it. Keep the thumbnail at 600px maximum width with responsive sizing. Open the thumbnail in a browser preview so I can verify the viewing destination. Do not send an email or schedule a message. If the ngram connector is not connected, read https://www.ngram.com/markdown/docs/connect-ngram-to-claude.md?view=1 and help me connect ngram to Claude. Wait for me to complete sign-in and approve access, then resume this workflow.

The request supplies the campaign message, narration and public thumbnail image. The reviewed plan keeps the product image in its own panel with supporting labels beside it. Production is approved, and Claude returns an Unlisted viewing link and email HTML. A browser preview shows the linked thumbnail and text link. The hosted destination opens the reviewed video. The complete campaign video follows with this narration. Have one product story ready to explain? Start with an approved brief and the source material behind it. In ngram, review the video plan, then create and refine the result. Choose one focused message for your first video. Open the getting-started guide and prepare the brief your team wants to tell.

Your starting point

Start with the prompt.

Prepare the campaign in Claude, review ngram’s video, then build and test a linked thumbnail for your email.

Open Claude ↗

Connect ngram to Claude

Review. Then deliver.

The reviewed video opens from the email thumbnail and text link, with the intended visibility and campaign action.

While your video is being made

Ask Claude for the existing video or share-preparation status. Wait until the viewing link is ready before using it in the email.

Use it where you work

Insert the linked thumbnail in your email builder. The image opens the hosted video in a browser. Test the image and text links in the builder’s preview before campaign approval.

Share a link

Choose the intended audience and sharing visibility. Verify the ready viewing link in the access context your recipients will use.

Download the video

Ask Claude for an MP4 using an option available to the account. Download in the ngram project requires an eligible paid plan. Review the file before using it on a separate campaign landing page.

If the workflow needs attention

Ask Claude to inspect the existing video or sharing attempt. Keep the same video ID while resolving the reported issue.

The email image does not load
Check that its HTTPS URL opens publicly without a login. Use your email builder’s image library if its policies require hosted copies, then recheck the preview.
The thumbnail opens the wrong destination
Replace its link and the text link with the ready viewing URL for the reviewed video. Test both links again.
The viewing link is still being prepared or recipients cannot open it
Ask Claude for the existing share status and confirm the intended visibility available to the account. Test access before sending the campaign.

Keep the workflow. Change the story.
