Subtitling a Ukrainian video leaves your Arabic audience reading while the Ukrainian audio plays underneath. ngram builds an actual Arabic version: the Ukrainian speech is transcribed and translated, a Modern Standard Arabic voice re-narrates it on the original timing, the captions are rebuilt in Arabic, and any Ukrainian titles or lower thirds on screen are re-set in Arabic. Because Ukrainian runs left to right in Cyrillic while Arabic runs right to left, the captions and on-screen text are re-laid out for right-to-left reading rather than dropped into left-to-right lines.

It reads the source on its own terms. Ukrainian is Cyrillic but distinct from Russian, with its own letters like i, yi, ye, and g and a formal register, so ngram transcribes it as Ukrainian instead of defaulting to Russian. On the way out, the voiceover is Modern Standard Arabic, the register that carries across the Gulf, Egypt, and North Africa, so you get one business-appropriate Arabic cut rather than a guess at a single local dialect.
