The story

Testing the product story in one session

PULSE gives product teams a shared layer across chats, meetings, and task trackers, then turns scattered context into visible priorities and next actions. Its product video has to explain both the problem and a new way of working in under a minute.

  1. The old way

Before ngram, Misha wrote the script, designed scenes, prepared interface mockups, and coordinated animation and editing separately. The process took days. Because the product and message were evolving, every change could create another rebuild or freelance revision.

  2. The switch

PULSE needed a polished startup product video while both the product and its positioning were still changing.

  3. What changed

PULSE now handles the script, scene generation, editing, and message variations in one ngram project. Misha says the full workflow dropped from five days to about three hours, with around 30 hours saved on each video.

3 hours instead of 5 days

How they use ngram

A typical project, start to finish

Step 01

Write the story scene by scene

Outline the problem, the connected workspace, the interface, and the result in a script for a video under one minute.

Step 02

Generate the visual direction

Put the script into ngram, choose a direction, and generate the first set of scenes.

Step 03

Refine and test versions

Change wording, timing, transitions, and interface scenes in text, then compare several positioning or style variants in the same session.

The outcomes

Five days down to three hours

Misha says the end-to-end product video workflow now takes about three hours instead of five days.

Around 30 hours saved per video

The shorter production cycle returns about 30 hours on each product video.

Messaging tested while it is still changing

PULSE can try several product and positioning versions in one session instead of restarting the production process.

Wait, you made this in a few hours?
