The story

From hand-keyframed demos to an eight-minute workflow

Iteron helps training teams generate documentation in batches from PDFs and form data. As a solo founder, Florian also has to explain the product, run demos, and keep marketing moving.

  1. The old way

Before ngram, Florian made product videos from screen recordings and added the marketing polish by hand. Keyframing the movement in CapCut took about two hours per demo. The same product story also had to be repeated in live calls, which made it difficult to scale demos alongside the rest of the company.

  2. The switch

Synthesia did not fit the screen-led marketing video Iteron needed, so Florian looked for a faster way to turn a product recording into a finished demo.

  3. What changed

A product demo that used to take about two hours in CapCut now takes about eight minutes from recording to export. Iteron can send the video instead of repeating every explanation live, and Florian says the first video avoided €1,000 in agency cost.

How they use ngram

A typical project, start to finish

Step 01

Record the product

Capture a three-minute walkthrough that shows the part of Iteron the audience needs to see.

Step 02

Upload and prompt ngram

Spend about a minute uploading the recording and describing the 45-second marketing video. ngram builds the first cut in roughly three minutes.

Step 03

Polish and export

Use automatic zooms and text-based voiceover edits, then finish the cut for LinkedIn or TikTok. Florian puts the full workflow at about eight minutes.

The outcomes

Two hours down to eight minutes

The first product demo moved from manual CapCut keyframing to an eight-minute record, generate, polish, and export workflow.

€1,000 in agency cost avoided

Florian says Iteron saved €1,000 on the first video by making it in-house.

One recording, more places to explain

The same workflow now supports weekly social demos and short onboarding videos inside documentation and tooltips.

its a time and money saving.
