Waitlist Software Highlights Reel | product overview video made with ngram

About the video

This product overview video was made with ngram to showcase yourturn, a modern waitlist software platform built for restaurants, barbershops, and other walk-in service businesses. the reel shows guests joining a line by scanning a qr code in under 30 seconds with no app download, while turniq ai analyzes party sizes and table history to produce accurate wait-time estimates. it highlights a real-time host dashboard where staff can notify a guest with one tap, triggering an instant text when their table is ready, and demonstrates two-way sms that lets guests confirm they are on their way or cancel their spot. the video positions the setup as something a business can complete in an afternoon, closing with an invitation to visit useyourturn.com and enter an access code to try it. it gives viewers a concrete look at the guest-facing and staff-facing sides of the waitlist workflow.
