Verifirm AI Demo Script | product demo video made with ngram

About the video

This product demo video was made with ngram to demonstrate how verifirm, an ai contract reviewer built for freelancers and solopreneurs, scans a client contract and flags risky terms. the demo shows a contract pdf being dragged into the tool, which returns a 0-100 risk score and highlights clauses such as long payment terms or weak ip protection in plain language. it highlights the magic edit feature, which generates a counter-offer email so a freelancer can push back on unfavorable terms without hiring a lawyer. the video also covers the free tier, which includes three scans a month with risk scoring, red flag detection, and one counter-offer email per scan. it's aimed at freelancers reviewing ndas, statements of work, or retainer agreements who want a quick second opinion before signing.
