This Comes From Inside — Digital Devil Saga anime edit | ai video made with ngram

About the video

This AI video was made with ngram to retell a piece of Digital Devil Saga's story through a sequence of six named scenes, moving from rain falling over the Junkyard to a quiet closing scene titled 'it stays inside.' The edit follows an emotional arc built around the characters Jinana and Varna, tracing moments described as heat, hunger, awakening, and a last light before the final scene settles back into stillness. Built with HTML/CSS motion graphics in a 16:9 frame, the piece favors mood and pacing over dialogue, letting scene titles carry the narrative beats from a harsh, rain-soaked setting through intensity and transformation to a subdued ending. Viewers familiar with the source material will recognize the referenced locations and character names, while the scene-by-scene structure gives even newcomers a sense of rising tension followed by release. The video reads as a fan-made anime music video or mood edit, using short, evocative scene titles rather than exposition to carry meaning, with the recurring imagery of rain, fire, and light marking shifts in tone across the six segments.
