Resume Parsing Agent Explainer | saas explainer video made with ngram

About the video

This saas explainer video was made with ngram to explain how a resume parsing agent processes candidate documents across different file formats. The video opens with an animated sequence of file icons labeled PDF, DOC, and TXT swirling around the text "different formats," illustrating the variety of resume types the system can read. It then transitions to a simplified document template representing a parsed candidate profile, showing a header area and several placeholder content sections to indicate structured data extraction. The final scene shows a recruiting or applicant tracking interface where a user creates a job posting titled "Analyst Financial Advisory Support" and selects an assessment template from a dropdown menu. Together, these scenes demonstrate how the tool takes in resumes submitted in multiple formats, organizes the extracted candidate information, and connects that data to job postings and assessment steps within a recruiting workflow.
