Flynn: Forgive Me Lord (SMT IV remake) | made with ngram

About the video

This video was created by ngram to present a meme-style character retrospective on Flynn, the protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei IV, using HTML/CSS motion graphics in a 16:9 format. The video opens with a meme-style title slide that sets up the "forgive me lord" framing, then contrasts two versions of the character: a younger, hopeful Flynn shown in Mikado, and a more jaded Flynn overlooking a ruined Tokyo. The middle of the video shifts to a recurring globe motif, first shown at a wider view and then in a closer shot, reinforcing the sense of scale and consequence between the two character states before the video closes on a final end card. The scene sequence builds a simple before-and-after narrative arc common to character-tribute memes, pairing stylized slide transitions with the game's Mikado-to-Tokyo setting shift. ngram assembled the video from this scene outline and styling direction to produce a short, captioned motion graphics piece suited for sharing with fans of the game.
