FINALIZING: Volta Member Wallet Demo | product demo video made with ngram

About the video

This product demo video was made with ngram to walk through the Volta Member Wallet platform, which deposits rewards directly into members' personal wallets to encourage healthy oral care habits. It covers the main dashboard with active balances and deposited funds, then shows how to create a new campaign through the setup wizard, including selecting target audiences, setting a per-member deposit amount, and running pre-flight checks that screen for duplicate members and cap violations. The video also reviews a completed campaign's auditable ledger, the Statements section for itemized billing based on actual redemptions, and the Analytics dashboard covering engagement, campaign performance, and program impact. It finishes in Settings, showing how to configure daily, monthly, and lifetime caps and update the funding method, and how these rules connect to Volta's automation engine for triggering rewards tied to educational activities.
