Planet C Studios

Planet C Studios is a full-service production and post-production studio based in Los Angeles, tucked into the Hollywood Hills. Founded in 2001 and led by DGA director-producer Michael Carone, the studio handles video production end to end, from concept design, storyboards, and scripting through live-action shooting, editorial, animation, and finishing, for entertainment brands and independent producers alike.

The team's work spans four connected disciplines: development (concept, animatics, casting, UX/UI), production (live-action film and interactive storytelling), digital post (editorial, 2D animation, CGI, VFX, sound design, and color grading), and immersion (projection mapping, environmental theater, large-format and multi-screen media). That range lets a single Los Angeles studio carry a project from idea to delivery without handing it off.

Over more than two decades, Planet C Studios has built relationships across the filmmaking community, graphic artists, writers, crew, equipment houses, and sound-stage facilities, and taken on a continuous run of both large- and small-scale work. Its clients range from major studios to the independent producer, with credited projects in the immersive-entertainment and themed-attraction space.
