From this input to this video
A narrated walkthrough built from Notion’s own help article and screen recordings, from available times to sharing the booking link.
Create a 45-second SaaS walkthrough video for Notion Calendar, a calendar and scheduling app for teams scheduling recurring user interviews. Use my uploaded screen recording (or the URL https://www.notion.com/help/availability-blocking-and-time-zones) as the visual source — follow the actual UI, do not invent screens. Open with Make room for your next user conversation to set the context. Walk through the documented recurring scheduling-link setup: open Scheduling, choose Create recurring link, add available times, set meeting details, then share the link step by step with narrated callouts on each action. Tone: clear and practical. Close with Try scheduling in Notion Calendar. Narration: clear English voiceover; if captions-only, add light background music. Use original source screenshots or recordings with labels and highlights. If a step has no source screen, show a clearly labeled text instruction. Do not redraw the interface or invent bookings, calendar events or attendees.

Make room for your next user conversation. In Notion Calendar, recurring scheduling links are made for user interviews: meetings that happen often, with different people. First, select Scheduling in the left panel, or press S. Then click Create recurring link. Add your available times for each day; use the plus to add a second range. Next, set the meeting details: the name and duration, plus an optional location, phone call, booking window and description. Click Create, then open the three-dot menu and choose Copy scheduling link to share it. Invitees pick a time, and the meeting appears on your calendar. Try scheduling in Notion Calendar.

What this template is
A SaaS walkthrough video template is a reusable prompt plus scene structure that turns a screen recording or product URL into a narrated step-by-step guide through one workflow or feature. ngram structures the beats — context hook, step-by-step walkthrough with callouts, outcome, and CTA — so a SaaS marketer only has to name the product, the workflow, and the audience, then generate. The output runs 30 to 60 seconds and works for website demos, sales follow-ups, and social channels alike.
What the template builds
Four beats, 30–60 seconds — the shape most SaaS walkthrough prompts converge on.
- 1
Context hook
6sName the workflow or problem in one punchy line before the UI appears. Text-forward — no product screen yet.
- 2
Step-by-step walkthrough
28sCut to the real screen recording or pulled screenshots. Walk through each step of the workflow with animated callouts on every click or action. Narrate in sync.
- 3
Outcome frame
8sShow the end state — the result the workflow produces. One number, one saved step, or one clear win. No extra claims.
- 4
CTA close
4sLand on the logo and the closing line. Calm and direct — no hard sell.

Narration
AI voiceover for website and YouTube, captions-only for feeds where autoplay runs muted.

Common variations
30-second social cut
Trim the walkthrough to a single key action for LinkedIn and X feeds. Hook + one step + CTA.
Reduce to 30 seconds. Show one action only — the single step that delivers the most value. Drop the outcome frame.
60-second multi-step walkthrough
Walk through two or three connected workflow steps for a sales follow-up or product page hero.
Extend to 60 seconds. Walk through [key-workflow] plus [secondary-workflow]. Add a short narrated intro for context.
Captions-only for Instagram / LinkedIn
Remove the voiceover and rely on bold on-screen captions — feeds autoplay muted.
Remove voiceover. Use concise on-screen captions with large text and light background music.
Leadership deck polish
Elevate a raw UX recording into an executive-ready clip with production value and branded lower-thirds.
Add branded lower-thirds, smooth cursor animation, and a polished intro bumper. Remove any dead air or filler clicks.
