The reusable prompt for your SaaS sales training video

Give it your product URL, the features your reps need to own, and the CTA you want prospects to hear. ngram writes the voiceover, draws the motion graphics, and returns a 2-minute training video ready for rep onboarding or a live customer call.

The short version

What this template is

A SaaS sales training video template is a structured prompt that turns a product URL and a feature list into a narrated, motion-graphics walkthrough — one usable for rep onboarding and for live customer-facing demos. ngram generates the script, callouts, and voiceover from the slots you fill in; you review the storyboard before anything renders. The output runs 1.5 to 3 minutes and covers multiple features with a title page and a section separator between each one.

The template prompt

Copy it, fill the brackets, and paste it into ngram — or hit "Use this template" to open the editor with it prefilled.

What the template builds

Four beats — title page, then one block per feature, then CTA. Adjust the number of feature blocks to match your [feature-list].

  1. 1

    Title page

    8s

Product name, logo, and the one-line value proposition. Sets the frame for reps and customers before any features appear.

  2. 2

    Feature block (repeat per feature)

    35s

Problem statement on screen, then the real UI with animated callouts showing the solution, then one benefit sentence. Each block ends with a separator slide. For three features, this section runs about 105 seconds total.

  3. 3

    Objection or troubleshooting note

    15s

One common objection or support scenario, handled plainly. Optional — add a second prompt line to include it.

  4. 4

    CTA close

    12s

The exact CTA text from your slot, on a clean card with the logo. Post-booking, data-ownership, or booking-focused — whatever you specified.

Narration

Voiceover is on by default. Turn it off for a captioned internal training doc, or request a specific voice in the prompt.

Style

Motion graphics is the default for non-technical audiences. Switch to screen-recording-only if the rep audience prefers raw UI.

Variations

Common variations

Single-feature CRM demo (30 seconds)

Cut to one feature — for example, adding a customer contact to an account — with one callout and one benefit. Good as a standalone leave-behind or as part of a series.

tweak

Reduce to 30 seconds. Cover only [one-feature]. Remove the title page and separator. End on the logo with the CTA line.

Post-booking follow-up video

Same structure, but the CTA shifts from booking to next steps — data migration guide, support contact, or a calendar link for onboarding.

tweak

Keep the feature walkthrough. Replace the CTA type with post-booking. CTA text: [post-booking-cta].

Troubleshooting and objection-handling cut

Adds a dedicated section after each feature block with the most common objection for that feature and a plain-language response.

tweak

After each feature block, add a 15-second objection card: objection — [objection-text], answer — [answer-text].

Multilingual rep training

Same video, different language. Useful for distributed sales teams where English is not the primary language.

tweak

Set [vo-language] to [target-language]. Translate all on-screen callouts and the CTA text.
