Follow my official manual screenshots at https://www.ableton.com/en/manual/managing-files-and-sets/#exporting-audio-and-video scene by scene. Open by stating the goal: export an audio file from a Live Set. Then walk through each step in order: open File > Export Audio/Video; choose the Rendered Track and render range; choose the sample rate; enable Encode PCM and select a file type and bit depth; click Export and choose where to save. Narrate each step against the real UI — do not invent fake screens. Tone: clear and patient. End with a confirmation screen or success state. Voiceover language: English; if no voiceover, use on-screen captions and light background music. Use original screenshots from the source, preserving the interface. End with a text recap if the source has no confirmation screen. Do not fabricate a project, export result or interface.

Finished a track? Here's how to export it as an audio file from your Live Set. Open the File menu and choose Export Audio/Video, or press Command-Shift-R on Mac, Control-Shift-R on Windows. In Selection, use Rendered Track to choose what to render. Main sounds exactly like what you hear. Render Start and Render Length set the range, which covers the whole Set by default. Under Rendering Options, pick the sample rate from the Sample Rate chooser. In the PCM section, keep Encode PCM on. Then choose a File Type (WAV, AIFF or FLAC) and a Bit Depth of 16, 24 or 32. Finally, click Export and choose where to save your file. That's it: your track is ready to share.
