For example, a 30-second video uses 300 credits for premium AI video generation or 90 with the cheaper model. The Free plan includes 600 one-time starter credits. Monthly subscriptions refresh credits each month; annual subscriptions receive the year's credits upfront. The plan cards show equivalent video duration when all credits are spent on generation at the stated rate.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 600 one-time credits with no credit card required. You can create a video, make it public, and share its watch link. Choose a paid plan when you need to download the video file.

What happens if I run out of credits?

When you run out of credits, you can buy top-up credits anytime or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when you're running low so you can plan ahead.

Do unused credits roll over?

Unused Premium and Ultimate monthly credits roll over for one additional billing cycle. Annual plan credits remain available until renewal. Basic credits refresh monthly, and the Free plan is a one-time starter allocation.

What's included in unlimited features?

Features marked as Unlimited, such as exports or plan-specific AI tools, do not consume your monthly credits. Unlimited use is subject to our fair use policy.

Is Ultimate only for teams?

No. Ultimate is designed for both solo power creators and teams. Use the full 5,000 seconds and advanced feature set yourself, or invite unlimited teammates when you need a shared workspace.

Which plans include video sharing and website embeds?

Public video sharing and website embeds are available on every plan, including Free. Unlisted video links start on Basic. Anyone with an unlisted link can watch the video; use public sharing when you want the video to be discoverable.

Do interactive elements work in downloaded videos?

On Ultimate and Enterprise, use polls, quizzes, and clickable buttons in supported shared playback. Share the video link or embed the player on your website so viewers can interact. Use an MP4 download when you need a standard video file.
