Each guide lists any earlier context it assumes. 1. [1 Revise a generated video Give useful feedback with examples, chat, frame targeting, and direct editing.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/revising-a-video) ## Use this when Use this guide to share a video with a public watch link, embed it on your website, or download an MP4. Public sharing and website embeds are available on every plan, including Free. Unlisted links and downloads start on Basic. ## What this does not do A public watch link lets recipients watch the video; it does not grant editing access or automatically add it to Made with ngram. Every plan, including Free, can make videos public and share their watch links. Downloads require a paid plan. ## Before you start Open the exact finished conversation or editor project you intend to send. Play it once and confirm the title, thumbnail, captions, and audio. If your account has Share access and you are sharing a draft for review, tell recipients that it is a draft and preserve the project URL so you can update the same link later. ## Open Share 1. Open a finished conversation or editor project. 2. Choose Share. 3. Turn public sharing on when you want anyone with the link to watch. 4. Copy the public watch link or embed code to share your video on any plan. On Basic or above, use an unlisted link or choose Download when you need the MP4. Use a connected social destination when you want to publish there. ## Public link and embed Share public video links and embed videos on your website on every plan, including Free. Choose Basic or above for unlisted video links. An unlisted video can be watched by anyone with its link; use a public video when you want it to be discoverable. Copy the embed code to place the player on your website. If you already published an Unlisted video, downgrading to Free preserves that visibility. Starting a new Unlisted publication requires Basic or higher. ## Draft review, downloads, and watermarks - Draft review: if Share offers a public link, send it when a reviewer only needs to play the current render. Keep editing access and the project URL private. - Local file: on a paid plan, choose Download when the recipient needs an MP4. Paid-plan downloads are unlimited and do not consume credits; the available resolution follows the current plan. - Share your video publicly with a watch link on Free. Choose a paid plan when you need to download the video file. ## Republish after changes After revising a shared video, check its status in Share and choose Republish when offered. Open the public or unlisted link to confirm that viewers see the intended version. ## The gallery is curated Public sharing does not automatically list a video in Made with ngram. The gallery is a curated showcase controlled by ngram. Turning public sharing off is about the direct watch link, not a self-service gallery listing switch. ## What you should see Public links and website embeds are available on every plan, including Free. Unlisted links start on Basic. Paid plans also provide MP4 downloads at the resolution included in the plan. After republishing, open the shared link to review the updated video. ## If the link, download, or published version is wrong 1. Keep the project open and preserve both the project URL and destination link. Confirm that the intended render plays inside the project before changing its sharing state. 2. For an older public version, open Share and choose Republish once. For an MP4 problem, use the download-and-export guide instead of starting a new generation. 3. Open the public link in a separate browser tab and play it. If the same incorrect state remains, stop republishing so the working project and original link stay available for review. ## Contact Support when Contact Support when a public link does not open, one Republish still shows the wrong render, sharing will not switch on despite the displayed plan access, or the current paid-plan MP4 still has a watermark. Include the project URL, public link, plan shown in Billing, approximate time, browser, and the exact visible state. Do not send account credentials or unpublished customer media. ## Before you finish Keep the project URL and destination link together. After any material revision, check whether the public version needs an update and test it outside the editing session before sending it to an audience. Also confirm the thumbnail, title, captions, privacy state, and destination account are the ones you intend to publish. ## Sharing and publishing FAQ ### Can I send someone a draft video for feedback? Yes. Make the video public from Share and send its watch link, including on the Free plan. Tell the recipient it is a draft, keep the editable project URL private, and update the same link after revisions when Republish is available. ### What is the difference between a public link and a download? Share public video links and embed videos on your website on every plan, including Free. Choose Basic or above for unlisted video links. Downloading the MP4 starts on Basic. An unlisted link is accessible to anyone who has the link. ### Can Free users download a video with a watermark? Share your video publicly with a watch link on Free. Choose a paid plan to download the video file. ### Do downloads use credits? Share public watch links on Free. Paid plans include unlimited downloads without an additional credit charge, at the resolutions included in your plan. ### Why does my shared link show an older video? Revising a project does not always update an already published public link. Open Share, choose Republish once when it is available, then reopen the public link in a separate tab to verify it. ### Will a public link put my video in Made with ngram? No. A public-sharing link is a direct watch link. Made with ngram is a curated showcase and is not automatically populated from public videos. ## Keep going [Connect and publish to social channels Connect LinkedIn, X, and YouTube and distinguish available from coming-soon channels.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/social-publishing) [Download and export a video Download an MP4 from an agentic video or editor project at the current plan resolution.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/export-video) [Revise a generated video Request a targeted change in chat or use Make changes on the preview.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/revising-a-video) ## Continue in ngram Open the relevant Studio surface and follow the current controls shown in your account.
