Each guide lists any earlier context it assumes. 1. [1 Revise a generated video Give useful feedback with examples, chat, frame targeting, and direct editing.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/revising-a-video) Share your video publicly with a watch link on Free. When you need the video file, choose a paid plan and download the finished MP4 after reviewing it. The download becomes available when the final file has finished rendering. ## Before downloading Use Basic or higher for MP4 downloads: Basic includes 720p, Premium up to 1080p, and Ultimate up to 1440p or 4K. Downloads do not use credits. Open your completed conversation, select the intended output in Versions when available, and check captions before downloading. On Free, use Share to publish a public watch link. ## Download the selected video 1. Play the selected output and check the result. Use Versions first if you want an earlier rendered output. 2. Choose Download, select an available resolution in the download dialog, and confirm the download. 3. If Preparing download appears, wait while ngram prepares the final MP4. 4. Save the file when the browser starts the download. 5. Open the downloaded file and confirm its version, sound, and captions. ## If the download is not ready Keep the conversation open while the file is prepared. A preview is not a failed export simply because the MP4 is not ready yet. If an error appears, preserve the conversation and read the message before retrying. Do not start a new video to recover a download. ## Resolution and plan access - Free: create videos and share public watch links. Choose a paid plan for MP4 downloads. - Basic: 720p downloads without an ngram watermark. - Premium: up to 1080p. - Ultimate: up to 2K and 4K where the export control offers them. - Enterprise: quality and quotas follow the contracted configuration. ## Download after direct editing Finish and save direct changes in the editor, then replay the intended result before exporting. Confirm that you are downloading the project you edited, especially when you have separately saved work with a similar name. ## If the file differs from the preview 1. Keep the project and downloaded file. Note the project URL, download time, and the first timestamp where the file differs. 2. Reopen the exact project from Projects. Confirm the selected output and that the preview includes the intended saved changes. 3. If no download began, check that the browser permits downloads from ngram. When the preview is correct and the earlier attempt has failed, try Download once more. 4. Open the new file and compare the same timestamp. If it still stalls, is incomplete, or differs, stop retrying and contact Support. ## What to send Support Include the project URL, approximate download time, browser, visible error, affected video timestamp, whether you retried once, and any relevant Usage event. Keep private source media in the project unless Support provides a secure way to share it. ## Download and export FAQ ### Why does nothing happen when I select Download? Confirm that the intended output is selected, your account has a paid plan, and the browser permits downloads from ngram. If Preparing download is shown, wait for the final file. After a failed attempt, reopen the same project and try once more; contact Support if a file still does not start. ### Why is my downloaded video different from the preview? Check that you opened the intended project, saved direct changes, and selected the correct output. Download once more after checking the preview. If the same timestamp still differs, contact Support rather than repeating exports. ### Do downloads use credits? Paid plans include unlimited downloads without an additional credit charge. Generation or editing work before download can still use credits; check Usage when tracing a charge. ### Can I download an earlier video version? When earlier rendered outputs are available, open Versions, select and preview the one you want, then download it on a paid plan. Selecting a rendered output does not restore a saved project checkpoint. ### I already retried the download. What should I do? Stop repeating the export and contact Support with the project URL, approximate time, browser, visible error, and affected video timestamp. Preserve the project and any downloaded file for comparison. ## Keep going [Understand plans and pricing Review current Free, Basic, Premium, Ultimate, and Enterprise plan behavior.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/plans-and-pricing) [Understand generation status, retries, and recovery Troubleshoot slow, stopped, failed, or disconnected video generation without relying on fixed time promises.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/generation-status-and-recovery) [Share, embed, publish, and update a video Share the selected video and understand the curated Made with ngram gallery.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/sharing-and-publishing) [Use Help and contact Support Choose the right help channel and include useful, privacy-safe diagnostic details.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/help-and-support) ## Continue in ngram Open the relevant Studio surface and follow the current controls shown in your account.
