Each guide lists any earlier context it assumes. 1. [1 Voice and avatar Select narration, language, presenter, and custom identity assets.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/voice-and-avatar) 2. [2 Account and preferences Manage profile details, job behavior, notifications, and deletion.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/account-and-preferences) ## Use the same permitted presenter across lessons An instructor has agreed to appear in a recurring training series. Prepare a permitted presenter image, add it in Face Settings and check the resulting face in a compatible presenter workflow before making the series. A photograph of the product being taught is a scene reference. Attach it to the project rather than registering it as a presenter. Open Account & Settings, then Faces. 2. Choose Create Your First Face or the add-face action. 3. Upload a clear PNG, JPG, or WebP image that follows the current on-screen guidance. 4. Confirm you have permission to animate and publish the person's likeness. 5. Name the face and test it in a compatible avatar video. ## Choose a strong source image - Use a clear, front-facing upper-body image. - Keep the face unobstructed and evenly lit. - Avoid motion blur, extreme angles, and busy backgrounds. - Use the exact person and appearance you are authorized to publish. ## Use and remove faces Select the custom face from compatible avatar controls. If the result is not consistent, improve the source photo rather than repeatedly regenerating from a weak image. Remove a face from Settings when permission ends or the asset is no longer approved. ## Before you finish Before leaving, confirm ownership, naming, team context, and any plan or role limitation. Preserve a separate copy before broad revisions and transfer ownership before an owner leaves or deletes a shared workspace. ## Keep going [Choose a voice and avatar Select narration, language, presenter, and custom identity options for a video.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/voice-and-avatar) [Create and manage a custom voice Create, preview, use, and remove custom voice models with current plan limits.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/custom-voices) [Choose a video type Choose between motion graphics, avatar, screencast, and other video types visible in Studio.](https://www.ngram.com/docs/choosing-video-type) ## Continue in ngram Open the relevant Studio surface and follow the current controls shown in your account.
